In Level 3: Emotional Preparation, you’ll understand what it’s like to purposefully work yourself up emotionally to prepare for the first moment of a high stakes scene.

While we can’t control our emotions, Level 3 gives you tools to discover truthful, authentic emotion and understand how to consistently tap into feelings across the emotional spectrum in performance. These explorations include a guided series of exercises specifically designed to deepen and set your emotional life free in your work.

In the last three sessions of Level 3: Emotional Preparation, you’ll then experiment with what it’s like to bring your new emotional preparation skills to scene work.

Level 1: Living Truthfully and Level 2: Under Imaginary Circumstances are required prerequisites for all students.
