Japo Parcero is an actress and photographer based here in Chicago. She has been a working actor for over a decade, working in film, tv, and theater. She’s currently in the Improv Conservatory Program at The Second City and has been performing comedy sketches and improv around different theaters around the city. She started collaborating with Kevin, a fellow Green Shirt Studio alumnus, last year, doing applied theater for the heavy manufacturing industry and has since been recruited as a management consultant for their off-shore projects in Ontario. She has seen first-hand the powerful impact of incorporating Meisner and Improv techniques in simulated workplace scenarios, inspiring positive change and creating effective, compassionate leaders.
