Estefanía has been part of Green Shirt Studio since 2021. She completed all levels of the Meisner training, including Green Shirt’s Teacher Training program in 2025. She has co-produced the 10-Minute Play Festival twice and has contributed to various community events at the studio.

As a Guatemalan artist, Estefanía sees teaching in her native language as an act of honoring life through art. She believes that art holds the power to connect memory, emotion, and identity. Being an instructor means walking alongside students with care and discipline, helping them discover their truth without forcing a mold—only revealing what is already there.

Estefanía is a multidisciplinary artist: actress, writer, singer, stage manager, assistant director, and facilitator. Her work spans Guatemala, Mexico, and the United States, blending performance, storytelling, and cultural collaboration.
