Ashleigh became convinced of the power of using improvisational acting in Leadership Development work when she collaborated with Kevin to create an award winning Leadership program in Canada at their largest utility. While a relative newcomer to Improvisational acting, her portrayal of several characters embedded in the award winning program were so popular she still is known as “Dana” to some of the graduates. Ashleigh is a certified coach, and teaches Mindfulness and Stress Management in her work as a yoga instructor.
