Aram Monisoff is a Linklater trained voice teacher, dialect coach and actor in Chicago. He holds an MFA in acting from The Theatre School at DePaul Univeristy and received his BMus in Voice from the Lawrence Conservatory. Recent theatre credits include: Victor in Private Lives (Metropolis Theatre), BFG in BFG (Emerald City), Mahler in What to Listen For (Side Project), Jakub in Our Class (Remy Bumppo), and Oedipus in Oedipus Rex (Arc Theatre).
Aram has taught voice and acting at UIC Chicago, The Theatre School at DePaul University, Lawrence University and Roosevelt University. He currently offers classes in vocal freedom at Green Shirt Studio and also teaches at Columbia College where he is currently a Professor of Voice. Aram is also a speech/dialect coach in Chicago, having worked with Two Pence Theatre Co. and Remy Bumppo.
